Workcover / TAC

These are services provided by medical practitioners for the management of work-related/traffic accident injuries and illnesses. All consultations require full payment on the day unless the Victorian WorkCover Authority or TAC have accepted full liability and all excess payments have been met.

Veterans Affairs Veterans Affairs - DVA Billing System

DVA Billing System - Gold Card
There is no charge for all general consultations and services if you have a Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Gold Card. All doctors at Kent Road Clinic are registered under the DVA Local Medical Officer Scheme, so the DVA covers all the expenses of your standard medical treatments at this clinic.

You must present your DVA Gold Card each visit.

DVA Billing System - White Card
If you have a Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) White Card, you may be eligible to be treated for specific medical conditions at no charge to yourself. These specific medical conditions are recorded on your card. If the medical treatment you receive is for a condition not recognised as service related by the DVA (i.e. a condition not listed on your DVA White Card), you will be charged according to our concession and private billing rates depending on what category you fall under.

Please discuss with your Doctor. You must present your DVA White Card each visit.

DVA Billing System - Orange Card
If you have a Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Orange Card, you will be charged according to our concession and private billing rates depending on what category you fall under.

DVA Orange Cards are for pharmaceutical benefits only, not for medical services.
